Smoking: SMOKING is PROHIBITED inside the house. If you wish to smoke, you may do so outside, but please remember to dispose of unlit cigarettes in the designated receptacles.
Guests: The number of guests cannot exceed the number indicated on the reservation. If you need to add a guest, please let me know so I can consult the terms and conditions.
Noise: Please respect neighbors and other guests by not making excessive noise.
Cleaning: We kindly ask you to leave the vacation rental as clean and tidy as you found it. Otherwise, if you wish, you can pay an additional fee for final cleaning.
Damage: You are responsible for any damage or broken items. In this case, the traveler is responsible for the cost of repairs. Kitchen: You may use the kitchen and all its utensils to prepare meals.
